Because Aspen is a global destination, we feel that our wine list should represent the major regions of the viticultural world. The list is eclectic and evolving. Top producers as well as esoteric ones are represented. On average, the wine list contains 900 labels updated daily. On a nightly basis, our sommelier is happy to assist our discerning clientele in any capacity with any questions or recommendations.
